That is why we have acquired the specialty tools and training necessary to serve as an option to the dealership while maintaining your warranty. We perform both number 1 and 2 inspections along with Condition Based Services. As each vehicle is individual to itself as it is to you, we establish criteria on an individual basis. Oil Service with Safety Check
- Replace engine oil and filter with recommended filter and synthetic oil
- Reset service reminder
- Top off fluids
- Test battery
- Check for basic safety items
Inspection 1
- Replace engine oil and filter with recommended filter and synthetic oil
- Reset service reminder
- Inspect engine air filter
- Inspect cabin air filter
- Lubricate door hinges, strikers, plates, hood latch, hood hinges, trunk hinges
- Check tire tread depth, condition, tire pressure, sidewall condition, wheel condition, rotate if applicable
- Inspect condition and level of coolant, washer solvent, brake fluid, power steering fluid, transmission fluid
- Verify function of steering and suspension components
- Perform function check of interior door handles, seat belts, horn, emergency brake, exterior door handles
- Determine brake pad wear, rotor condition, intactness of brake lines
- Inspect instrument cluster warning lamps, exterior lighting
Inspection 2
- All items from Inspection 1
- Renew spark plugs if applicable
- Replace engine air filter
- Replace cabin air filter
- Renew differential, transmission, transfer case lubricants where applicable
- Inspect function of power windows, power mirrors, sunroof
- Verify proper operation of climate control systems, blower motor, vents, temperature
- Inspect battery, starting, charging systems
